I understand that my deposit is non-refundable. It indicates that I am committing to the full price of this trip and that an airline ticket will be purchased in my name.
I understand that a portion of my trip cost is funded by those who contribute to Huntersville Presbyterian Church.
I understand that once airline tickets have already been purchased. I will be responsible for paying 100% of the airfare costs.
I agree that any photos/videos taken during training or on this trip may be used by Huntersville Presbyterian Church.
