Huntersville Heritage Blue Star Coffee Brewing This Sunday

Long time residents of Huntersville likely remember the Blue Star that for years was a beacon atop the water tower. As a nod to that heritage, Gina Stewart, owner of Eastside Local Eatery, roasts Blue Star Coffee. Gina and her sister, Jackie, grew up in Huntersville and at HPC.
Last month Jackie and Gina's mom, Dot Stewart, passed away. In honor of Dot and all the saints like her who established our heritage, we serve Blue Star Coffee on Sunday mornings in the breezeway.
